Average Bonds

In this case, the Average Adjusters have advised that Average Bonds are not required for the majority of the shipments.

We suspect that Average Bonds may only be required for extremely high value cargoes or where unique circumstances apply. Uninsured cargo will be required to provide an Average Bond.

We will advise individual parties should an Average Bond be required, along with the wording of any bond.

Average Guarantees

We are currently in discussions with the Average Adjusters with respect to the wording and type of General Average Guarantees required to ensure that your interests are properly protected.

We will provide updates on this matter very shortly, however, we would recommend that no Average Guarantees be provided at this time.
